View of Georgetown from above, looking north. View includes the first switchback on Guenella Pass road. Back reads "A historic mining town built during the gold and silver boom in the middle of the 1800's. Located on U. S. Hwy. 6 and Interstate 70, Georgetown is at the gateway to Loveland Pass and the Colorado Rockies. The visitor can still see the original historical structures such as Hotel de Paris, Hammil House and Maxwell House." Published by Patterson Distributing Co., Denver, no. P-182.
