This collection consists of one large ledger book from the Doric Gold Mines, Limited, with only two pages filled out from 1896 and 1897 relating to account sales of ore. The Doric Gold Mines were located in Georgetown, on Saxon Mountain.

A collection of documents relating to Leopold and Samuel Sternberger and their mining operations in the Idaho Springs and Fall River areas between 1879 and 1931. The Sternberger's originally operated mines independently, but by the turn of the 20th century ran the Pennsylvania Mining Company (renamed the Pennsylvania Mining, Power and Reduction Company in 1910).
